This policy explains how payments, project billing and refunds are handled for Sitevion services.

Quotes and pricing
Prices may vary depending on project scope, content, custom functionality, number of pages, revisions, hosting needs and urgency.
A project starts only after the agreed scope, timeline and payment terms are confirmed.
Payment schedule
Unless agreed otherwise, projects may be billed in milestones, such as an initial payment before work begins and a final payment before delivery or launch.
Invoices and payment instructions are provided through agreed communication channels or the client panel.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Work already delivered, time spent, strategy, design, code, drafts, revisions and setup work may be non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled before substantial work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and preparation costs.
Late or failed payments
Late or failed payments may pause work, delay delivery, restrict access to drafts or postpone launch until payment is resolved.
